About the Transtractor

The Transtractor is a free tool to extract, combine, visualise and export data from PDF-formatted bank account statements.

Features

  • Drag and Drop: Upload as many PDF statements as you like, even if they come from different accounts.
  • Transaction Table: The Transtractor extracts all transactions and displays them in an organised, date-ordered table.
  • Export to CSV: Once your transactions are extracted, export them as a CSV file for further analysis.
  • Duplicate Detection: Duplicate transactions are automatically handled.
  • Account Management: Use the dropdown to switch between accounts seamlessly.
  • Start Fresh: Refresh the page anytime to begin a new session.
  • Client-Side Processing: All processing happens directly in your browser—your data never leaves your device.

Supported statements

The Transactor currently supports supports a limited number of accounts. The following accounts have been successfully tested:

  • Commonwealth Bank Everyday Offset
  • Commonwealth Bank Smart Access
  • Commonwealth Bank GoalSaver Account
  • Commonwealth Bank Streamline Account
  • Commonwealth Bank Low Rate Mastercard Credit Card
  • Commonwealth Bank Home Loan
